We stayed in a private bungalow which was huge for 2 people close to the pool. Staff was friendly and owner Alex lives on the premises with his family and always ready to chat or help if needed. Great location, 20mins walk to the crab market, motos are available to rent for cheap, staff can arrange for bus tickets or any other tours if needed.
a bit expensive but then again, surrounding hotels were about the same rate.

It's a family run business. It was in a beautiful large garden with bungalows set around a pool and some in a hotel block.
It was quite along way from the centre of things: the crab market. I booked fora superior bungalow but was told on arrival that a mistake had been made and I would have to have a standard, no air con room in the hotel block for the first night. Iasic. Moved to a place closer to the market. I don't know about the restaurant but the breakfast was b

We love Kep because it is so relaxing and peaceful. This was our first visit to Kep Malibu and it was the perfect setting for a relaxing break. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was lovely and the location is wonderful. The view was stunning and we would definitely recommend Kep Malibu to travellers visiting Kep.

the 'casa' is a superb room with big living area and nice bedroom nice view on the mountain Anni did a great job in the morning with a big smile Alex made an appreciated $ compromise between booking 3 rooms and finally staying in only 2 but including the "casa" (room 1 or 2) as he understood that setting was ideal for us (flexibility) good swimming pool with inflated rings available
service staff is not easy to locate as they do not stay at the pool booking is a bit confusing: as you might have kids,... and you do not know whether their breakfast is also included in the price,... and it is not clear how many sleeping places are available per room not clear it is 400 m from the sea

Nice staff and nice rooms. Beautiful pool! It is about a 20 minute walk to the Crab Garden, and either a long walk or a $2 tuk tuk drive from the port or bus station when you arrive into Kep. Food is decently priced when compared to prices at surrounding guesthouses and medium/large dishes at the Crab markets ($6 for a Khmer dish, a little cheaper for Western Food) and it is delicious! Free brekkie in the morning is fruit, tea/coffee, bread and your choice of eggs or a crepe, it filled us up well. Regarding the area I recommend you do the walk in the National Park ($1 entrance fee), it is a nice place to get lost in. Definitely eat the Pepper Crab at the Crab markets! Rabbit Island was good for a relaxing two night stay as well, very basic facilities but there are lots of bungalows on the beach. We also went snorkelling at Snake Island, but this month apparently the water has been very murky due to storms, so you cannot see that much though it is meant to normally be very good.
A minor point but there were no bins in the room but a few ants (may be linked). However this is part of living in nature! And the housekeeping were great at freshening the room each day, so we did not have a problem with general cleanliness.

Lovely place with friendly, helpful staff in nice surroundings.
A little too quiet for me. Only nice beach was a boat ride away though this makes a nice day out.

The pool was lovely, so were the sun loungers. The bed was also comfortable.
There is no way of paying by master card or visa when you check out. The hotel is not cheap and they should make their customers more aware of this.

Lovely swimming pool even for non-swimmers. Calm location in beautiful gardens
Rather far from the main village and crab market, so tuktuk required for almost everything. Restaurant menu uninspiring.

Loved the grounds, quiet and peaceful. Pool was wonderful.
No air conditioning and a little too far from town.
